This is the first self- financing college of the North Bengal which got recognition from NCTE and successfully completed examination for B.Ed course from 2005 to up to date under University of North Bengal.
Only self- financing B. Ed College of the State of West Bengal, no court case institute against Balurghat B.Ed College in respect of recognition by NCTE.
This is the first college out of 100 students for the academic session 2004-05 got 100 students 1st class.
Stood 4th in the year 2006-07 under the University of North Bengal in B.Ed. examination.. Only college of north Bengal, Ten metho
d subject are taught for the welfare of the student considering the paramount importance of the unemployed youths of north Bengal.
